Elizabeth is a seasoned legal executive with over three decades of experience advising private and public companies on a broad range of complex legal, regulatory, and business matters. Elizabeth brings a practical, business-oriented approach to legal strategy, contracts, litigation and compliance.
Her previous roles include serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Floworks International LLC, where she led global legal operations across the U.S., Canada, China, and Europe, managing M&A transactions, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. She has also held leadership roles at Targa Resources Corp., SESCO Cement Corp. and the City of Houston Legal Department, where she directed transformative organizational change.
Elizabeth’s experience spans trial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, labor and employment, ESG compliance, and corporate ethics.
Elizabeth is an active leader in the legal and civic community, serving on the boards of the Coastal Plains Chapter of the American Red Cross and Medical Bridges of Houston, and remains a dedicated advisor to the Hispanic Bar Association of Houston.
Elizabeth is a Certified Corporate Compliance and Ethics Professional and holds both a J.D. and an LL.M. in Energy, Environment & Natural Resources from the University of Houston. Elizabeth is licensed to practice law in Texas.
