Chris began his legal career as a corporate lawyer at Vinson & Elkins L.L.P., where he represented clients, both publicly traded and privately held, operating in various sectors of the oil and gas, chemicals and mining industries. Prior to joining Leslie Law, Chris served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Blue Racer Midstream, LLC, a privately held midstream company operating in the Utica and Marcellus Shales, where he served as a primary legal advisor to Blue Racer’s management team and Board of Managers and was responsible for all legal matters affecting Blue Racer’s commercial, operations and construction teams. Chris also has substantial experience managing and resolving commercial disputes.

Prior to joining Blue Racer, Chris was an investment banker at UBS Investment Bank and Evercore Partners.

Chris received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he was a Member of the International Law Review Association and Student Editor-in-Chief of The International Lawyer. Chris is licensed to practice law in Texas and New York.
