Francie has been practicing law in the energy industry since 1989, helping companies of all sizes from Fortune 100 companies to small family-run businesses. She has advised oil and gas pipeline companies, oil and gas producers, oilfield service companies and large commercial retail electricity consumers with contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory matters, and early dispute resolution. Her strengths include creative problem solving, clear and concise contract drafting, and focusing on the business needs of her clients. Because most of her experience has been in-house, her approach is always practical, providing reasonable solutions to real world problems with maximum efficiency.

Francie completed her undergraduate studies at Northwestern University and obtained her law degree from the University of Texas Law School. Francie is licensed to practice law in Texas.
